I'm Dr. Proctor, a practicing dentist who's spent years working alongside dental assistants and helping run a dental assisting school.
What I kept seeing: programs piecing together outdated materials, offices spending weeks onboarding new hires with no real system, and instructors buried in admin instead of teaching. Good people trying to train well with tools that weren't built for it.
So I built Dental Assisting U — a platform designed specifically for dental assisting schools and offices. Structured curriculum, virtual patient simulations, charting practice, and progress tracking, all in one place.
Training dental assistants is hard enough. The platform shouldn't make it harder.
